CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you have change your mind after purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange under following conditions:

  • - Item(s) must be returned within 7 days (if delivered within Australia) or 14 days (if delivered overseas) after the products have been delivered to you.
  • - Item(s) must not be used, opened, worn or washed & all original tags/labels must remain attached.
  • - Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and must not be damaged.
  • - Item(s) under Cosmetics Categories and Chura Set cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged because that's gross.
  • - Refunds can only be processed after we received the returned item(s) back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange.
  • - You are responsible of any costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We will not refund postage charges or any other charges that requires to send item(s) to us.

 

How do you get refunds? 

When we received returned item(s), the purchase price will be refunded to you using original payment method.

How exchange are processed?

When we received returned item(s), we exchange your item(s) and send to your desire address. 

- Shipping fee will be charged on each shipment.

- If exchange item(s) value lower than previous order, we refund the difference.

- If exchange item(s) value higher than previous order, we charge the difference.

Received Faulty or Damaged item(s)?

If you received faulty, damaged or different from the sample shown. First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive right item(s), arrives correctly and in perfect condition. Sometimes, mistakes do happen.
