Yes, It is possible without installing any third-party plugin you can create another account with limited permission and you don’t need to share your administration password to anyone.
Please keep reading, I am going to show you how you can create another user account with limited permission. The process is pretty simple.
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress dashboard with your administration username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the left hand of your tool bar. You will see “Users”. Click on it.
Step 3: Select on “Add new User”
Step 4: Fill up all the below required field of Add New User.
Step 5: Role field is the main field where you choose the right permission for right user.
Step 6: After select the role of the user. Click Add New User. That’s it.
