How to cancel your Amazon Prime subscription?

You have subscribed to your Amazon Prime in the past for paid membership or trial membership. Now, you want to cancel it so that Amazon doesn’t charge you for membership costs.

Don’t worry, it is a very easy process to cancel your Amazon Prime subscription. By following my procedure, you will be successfully unsubscribed or canceled your membership and you will be free. Trust me.

How to cancel Amazon Prime?

Now, let’s go through step by step:

Step 1: Login to your Account

Log into your Amazon Account. Click here to go to the Amazon website.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Prime Membership

Navigate to the top right corner of your page. Hover your mouse over “Accounts & Lists” and select “Your Prime Membership” from the drop-down.

Step 3: End Membership and Benefits

The left side of the “Your Prime Membership” page will show your membership details like Payment Options, the Next Payment you will be charged and the charge deduction date, your preferred Payment Method, and Payment History, and at the end of the left-hand side. You will see a link “End Membership and Benefits”. Click on this link to cancel “Your Prime Membership“.

Step 4: Amazon Offer

Amazon will not easily allow you to cancel your subscription. So, after clicking on “End Membership and Benefits”, it will take you to another page where you can see what you might lose upon canceling your membership.

If you are sticking to your decision, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “I Do Not Want My Benefits” button.

Step 5: Amazon Follow up

Amazon will follow up twice on your decision. Stick to your decision without any confusion and click “Continue to Cancel” and “Cancel Membership” on two subsequent pages to cancel your membership.

That’s it. Now, you will be successfully canceled “Your Prime Membership“.
